What You Will Do?

  • Assist in managing and streamlining the sales pipeline, processes, and daily operations.
  • Discover new leads, research prospects, and help expand our outreach across industries.
  • Support sales calls, prepare materials, and participate in conversations with potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records.
  • Introduce new tools, CRMs, and ideas that can improve our sales processes.
  • Work closely with leadership to support proposal creation, documentation, and client communication.
  • Support deal closures and, over time, handle smaller opportunities independently.

What We’re Looking For?

  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Interest in sales, marketing, client engagement, or business development.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and suggesting improvements.
  • Well-organized and able to track multiple follow-ups.
  • Curiosity about accessibility (no prior knowledge required — training provided).

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree.
  • Prior sales or outreach experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
