Our team includes experts with certifications like DHS Trusted Tester, CPACC, WAS, and more. We also have testers with visual and motor impairments, which allows us to deliver accessibility testing with genuine, real-world insights. Let’s start with one of our most popular services: website accessibility audits. We use a blend of advanced automated tools and manual testing to ensure thoroughness and After the audit, we create a detailed report with actionable insights on how to fix the issues. Typically, the cost for audits ranges from $150 to $500 per page within the scope.
Now, this price can vary depending on factors like the complexity of your web pages and components, as well as the current accessibility status of your site. For a 10-page website, you’re looking at a range between $2,000 and $5,000. Simpler sites with fewer pages will be on the lower end, while more complex sites may be on the higher end.
It’s important to note that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all cost for WCAG audit services. Pricing is tailored to each customer depending on the application being assessed.
Now, while audits give you a comprehensive overview, we also offer user testing with accessibility experts who have disabilities and use screen readers. This testing is generally a part of the audit.
But if you want insights from individuals with various disabilities for real-world feedback, it will costs $800 per session.
This kind of testing is especially valuable when your application is near WCAG compliance. It helps identify any lingering accessibility issues and is usually conducted after the audit and remediation are completed to ensure most WCAG conformance criteria are met.
Once the audit is complete and your team has worked on fixing the issues, we then move to the validation phase.
Validation involves verifying and refining the recommendations we made after our initial evaluation. We’ll suggest code fixes and actionable steps to improve accessibility. During this process, we also do a quick review of the page to make sure no new failures have been introduced.
Validation testing for flagged issues typically costs about 50% of the original audit price.
Next up is our VPAT services. You might be more familiar with this as ACR creation.
VPAT, or Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, is a blank template filled in to create an accessibility conformance report. **A VPAT demonstrates your commitment to accessibility, ensuring your product can be used by people with a wide range of disabilities. It also helps you meet legal requirements and improves your brand reputation.
The cost for a VPAT depends on the complexity of your product and project scope, generally ranging from **$2,000 to $5,000**.
Moving on, we also offer document accessibility remediation for all types of documents, including PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints, and spreadsheets. Our pricing is straightforward:

1. Simple Documents: These are the easiest to fix, like a basic Word document with just text and maybe a few images. The cost to make these accessible is $4.00 per page.
2. Moderate Documents: These might have more elements, like tables or charts, making them a bit more complex. The cost for these is $6.00 per page.
3. Complex Documents: These are more detailed, with things like interactive elements, detailed layouts, or multiple layers of content. The cost to remediate these is $8.00 per page.
4. Image PDFs: These are PDFs that are basically just scanned images of documents. They need a lot of work to make them accessible, so the cost is $8.00 per page.
5. Forms: If the document includes forms that people need to fill out, these also require more work to ensure they’re accessible, costing $8.00 per page.So, depending on how simple or complex your document is, and what type of content it has, the cost per page to make it accessible varies between $4.00 and $8.00.Now, when it comes to consulting, we offer two flexible options:
– Hourly Billing: We include complimentary consulting hours in our packages, and you can add more if needed. This option is great for smaller projects or when you need expertise on a flexible, as-needed basis. Beyond the complimentary consulting hours, our rate is **$50 per hour** for any further consultation.
– Retainer Package: If you have predictable, ongoing needs, our retainer package is a perfect choice. This model provides you with a set number of consulting hours each month at a discounted rate, such as **20 hours/month for $800. This ensures consistent access to our expertise, helping you address recurring challenges and maintain momentum on long-term projects.

Accessibility Audit
One of our most requested services is accessibility audits. The pricing for an audit depends on factors such as the complexity of the web pages/screens, components, and the current accessibility status.
Pricing: $150 – $500 per page.
Tools Used: We use a combination of automated tools and manual testing (Screen Readers and Keyboard Testing) by experts to ensure thorough audits. We also include user testing by people with disabilities who are screen reader users.
Deliverables: A comprehensive Audit Report in an Excel Spreadsheet.
Each audit is tailored to your needs, as there is no one-size-fits-all cost for WCAG audits.
Design Annotation
Our team of expert accessibility consultants can review your designs and provide clear, easy-to-understand annotations that highlight any accessibility barriers or issues.
Our design annotation service is comprehensive and thorough, covering all aspects of accessibility, including:
Compatibility with assistive technologies, such as screen readers, Content and structure, User interface and interactivity
Pricing: $350
Deliverables: We will provide you with detailed annotations that clearly identify any accessibility issues and provide recommendations for how to fix them.
User Testing
We provide user testing with real people with disabilities who use various assistive technologies, giving you valuable feedback from a real-world user perspective. Our testers use assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboards, helping identify accessibility barriers that might otherwise be missed.
This includes people with Visual, Auditory, Motor and Cognitive disabilities.
Pricing: $800 per session.
Deliverables: Detailed Video feedback on user experience and accessibility barriers, conducted ideally after audit and remediation for maximum value.
Validation
After your team addresses the audit findings, we validate the implemented fixes. This step ensures that all issues flagged during the audit are properly resolved, and no new issues have been introduced.
Pricing: 50% of the original audit price.
Deliverables: Validation of remediations and suggestions for further improvements, if necessary.
Voluntary Product Accessibility Template
We also offer Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) creation, commonly known as VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) and can customize a VPAT to focus on specific accessibility standards that are important to you.
Pricing: $2,000 – $5,000, depending on the complexity of the product.
Deliverables: A detailed VPAT report showcasing your commitment to accessibility, which is crucial for legal compliance and enhancing brand reputation.
Document Remediation
