Free Accessibility Statement Generator

This Accessibility Statement Generator is designed to help you easily create an accessibility statement for your website, web app, or mobile app. At DigitalA11Y, we believe in making accessibility simple and transparent for everyone. With just a few clicks, you can generate a professional, compliant accessibility statement to demonstrate your commitment to inclusivity.

Enter the official name of your organization. This name will appear on your accessibility documentation.


Provide the name or URL of the website for which the accessibility report is being generated. Ensure the URL is correct and corresponds to the specific site being evaluated.


Provide the email address of the person responsible for accessibility inquiries. This email will be used for communication related to accessibility issues or requests.


Enter the phone number for accessibility-related inquiries. This number should be for someone who can address questions or concerns regarding your organization’s accessibility efforts.


Select the appropriate Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance level your website meets. Each level defines specific success criteria:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level A: Basic level of accessibility, addressing the most essential requirements.
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA: Standard level for most web accessibility requirements.
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AAA: The highest and most comprehensive level of accessibility for WCAG 2.1.
  • WCAG 2.0 Level A: Basic accessibility requirements from WCAG 2.0.
  • WCAG 2.0 Level AA: Compliance with the previous WCAG 2.0 standard at an intermediate level.
  • WCAG 2.0 Level AAA: The highest level of compliance for WCAG 2.0, typically optional for most websites.

Select your website’s current accessibility conformance status:

  • Conformant: The website meets the chosen WCAG compliance level.
  • Partially Conformant: Some areas of the website meet the requirements, but not all.
  • Non-Conformant: The website does not meet the selected accessibility standards.
  • Not Evaluated for Conformance: No evaluation has been conducted for accessibility conformance.


List specific accessibility features that your website offers to users, such as screen reader support, keyboard navigation, or color contrast enhancements.


Indicate whether third-party content, such as embedded videos or external services, adheres to the same accessibility standards as the rest of the site. Provide details if these third-party elements have known accessibility limitations.


Outline any known limitations to the website’s accessibility. This could include areas where users may encounter barriers or where full accessibility could not be implemented.


Specify any legal standards or regulations your website adheres to, such as Section 508 (U.S.), the European Accessibility Act, or national/local accessibility laws

– First, you will enter the official name of your **organization**. This is the official name that will appear on your accessibility statement. For example, here we’ll input ‘DigitalA11Y’
