We build Inkluso by HEXENKRAFT, a free accessibility statement generator aimed at the European Accessibility Act rather than at Section 508 or the ADA. It produces a draft statement in Czech, German, Polish or English, and it maps the statement to the national transposition that applies to the reader, so a German user sees the BFSG and a Czech user sees zákon č. 424/2023 Sb. rather than a generic reference to the directive.
Two things worth stating plainly, since your readers will ask. The draft is a starting point and still needs a human to confirm it reflects the site’s real accessibility position, and we say so on the page. And the automated scan behind it covers only part of WCAG, roughly the 30 to 40 percent of success criteria that Deque and WebAIM find are machine testable, so the rest has to be checked by a person.
